Foundation activities
The Leo van den Ende Foundation aims to :
To promote the interest for and the creation of art,
especially panorama- en figurative painting and everything that can contribute to that in any way possible.
Funding
To pursue this goal, the 70% share in the panorama painting made by Leo van den Ende, which
depicts a historical image of the Dutch Flower Bulb District from the 1950's, and a collection of
paintings also made by him, have been subsumed in the Foundation.
The intention is to generate revenue off of these paintings by exhibiting them in
an appropriate location and making them accessible to the general public.
Property management and expenditure
The financial means that will be brought into the Foundation, will be used in the
order of urgency listed below unless the furnishers determine a specific application.
The Leo van den Ende Foundation hasn't acquired any capital or income since its founding.
The expenditures related to the Foundation are currently entirely at the expense of Mr. L. van den Ende, president.
Once income starts to be generated, the Board will establish a -limited- remuneration policy, which will be published on this website.
The Leo van den Ende Foundation has as its objective :
The promotion of the interest for art and the making of art, in particular, panorama art and the figurative art of painting, its purpose to be beneficial in the broadest sense of the word.
A permanent location/building to house amongst others the Panorama Van den Ende and the Museum Van den Ende has yet to be found.

From 1997 through 2010 the Panorama Van den Ende and part of the collection of paintings
were exhibited at the following address:

Due to housing development, this building will be torn down.
The panorama and the collection of paintings will be exhibited in a new building.
Until then, only a part of the collection of paintings will be exhibited in various places.
